Cilantro Lime Pesto (by TXTITA)


  • 1 bunch of fresh cilantro chopped (about 2 cups)
  • 4 large cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 4 tablespoons Boscoli Family Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Boscoli Family Olive Salad (Italian, Jalapeno, or Kalamata)
  • Juice from a line (about 2 tablespoons)
  • ¼ cup water


Place all ingredients in food processor reserving the water and oil for later. Add the water and pulse until well mixed. Slowly add Boscoli Family Olive Oil and pulse until creamy. Adjust salt to taste.
Delicious over chicken, fish, and pasta.
